Job Description

Level - SME (Immediate Joiners- 30 days)

Location- Mumbai (Airoli)

Grid- 8.5 L max

Shift - US shift (Night shift allowance will be there)

Mode- WFO

Any experience in Mortgage Industry or experience working in BPOKPO processes.

Resources having experience in US Mortgage bank reconciliation, payments, cash reconciliations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage cash reconciliations, mortgage bank reconciliations, investor accounting, payments, GL reconciliation, and US mortgage activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve process efficiency.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement effective controls to mitigate risk associated with financial operations.
Provide expert guidance on US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) principles.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-8 years of experience in finance & accounts role with a focus on US mortgage operations.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Cost Accounting (B.Com), or equivalent qualification required.
Strong understanding of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) principles applied to mortgage banking industry.

Valid PAN Number - _____________________(Why PAN Required > Mandatory to Process Candidature & Find Duplicity in Internal PAN Validation Process and also to initiate a screening call.
