Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality profiles.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Preferably candidates who are from Engineering service background.
• Should have a good understanding of the Automotive domain.
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

Qualification: BE / B.Tech Or MBA
Experience: 24 Years (Preferred)
