Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Java-based applications using Spring Boot & Microservices architecture
  
• Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality backend and frontend solutions
  
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with UI applications
  
• Build and maintain Single Page Applications (SPA) using ReactJS
  
• Collaborate with UI/UX and backend teams for smooth frontendbackend integration
  
• Write optimized SQL queries, participate in database design & performance tuning
  
• Follow Agile/Scrum practices daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews & retrospectives
  
• Write unit tests and ensure code quality using CI/CD pipelines
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
  
• Learn and adopt in-house frameworks, security standards & best practices
  
• Work with global teams and deliver solutions within defined timelines
  

Preferred Candidate Profile (React Mandatory)

Mandatory Skills

• 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in:
  
• Java (Java 8+)
  
• Spring Boot
  
• Microservices
  
• REST API development
  
• React (mandatory for RIM role)
  
• SQL / RDBMS
  
• Strong understanding of OOPS, Design Patterns & Distributed Systems
  
• Experience in SPA development using React
  
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD (Jenkins), Agile methodologies
  
• Experience working on Linux/Unix environments
  

Good to Have / Advantage

• Domain experience in Finance / Banking / Legal / Compliance
  
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
  
• Exposure to Kafka / Event-driven systems
  
• Experience with TDD / BDD
  
• Awareness of security & regulatory-driven systems
  
• Basic knowledge of frontend tools like Redux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  
• Exposure to Sonar, Jenkins, Jira
