Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage the design and development of interior lighting components such as ambient lights, task lights, and OHC lights.
Review CAD designs, DVP&R, DFMEA, packaging feasibility, and light simulation results to ensure performance, manufacturability, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with global teams, suppliers, PLM, and cross-functional teams for data release, validation, and milestone approvals.
Drive design improvements for optics, light distribution, reflections, and system functional requirements while managing electronics development.
Utilize UG/NX, Teamcenter, and CATIA/Enovia for modeling, surfacing, and documentation with strong knowledge of injection molding and assembly processes.
