Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage Indian Payroll processing for multiple clients using SAP HCM module.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other benefits to employees.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll processing.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.

Job Requirements :

• 3-9 years of experience in Indian Payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM module (Payroll) is essential.
• Experience working on international payroll projects is an added advantage.
