Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the company's FMCG business.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
Analyze variances from budgets and provide insights to management on areas for improvement.
Oversee compliance with tax laws (GST) and TDS regulations.

Job Requirements :

5-8 years of experience in accountancy or finance role in an FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Proficiency in preparing balance sheets, financial statements, forecasts, and variance analyses.
