Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
- Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and editors to implement publishing workflows.
- Integrate AEM with third-party systems such as DAMs, analytics, and publishing platforms.
- Customize and extend AEM functionalities using Java, Sling, JCR, and OSGi.
- Optimize performance and scalability of AEM instances.
- Implement SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
- Support content migration and version upgrades of AEM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in AEM development (Sites, Assets).
- Strong proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with AEM 6.x and familiarity with cloud-based AEM (AEMaaCS) is a plus.
- Understanding of publishing workflows and editorial content lifecycles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
