Urgent Requirement For IT Infrastructure Manager / IT Operation Manager / IT Infra Team Lead
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience : 7+ Years
Immediate to 30 days notice period candidate preferred.
Job Description
- Manage and monitor IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases, cloud platforms, and end-user systems.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
- Oversee system upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
- Manage on-premise and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent).
- Lead IT service delivery using ITIL best practices.
- Manage incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met for internal and external IT services.
- Act as escalation point for critical incidents and outages.
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT operations and support teams.
- Allocate resources, set priorities, and manage workloads effectively.
- Conduct performance reviews and support training and skill development.
- Coordinate vulnerability management, access controls, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
- Implement automation and monitoring tools.
- Support digital transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Educational Qualifications
- Any Graduate Preferred.
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management.
- 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Soft Skill
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during incidents.
