Role                             : Branch Manager Agency Channel


Location                      : Delhi NCR, Mumbai, 
Function                      : Sales & Distribution Agency Channel

CTC Range                   : Rs. 14 to 17 LPA        

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales, recruitment, activation, and persistency targets for the branch.
• Build and develop a team of high-performing agency leaders and advisors.
• Ensure consistent field engagement, motivation, and performance coaching.
• Promote a culture of ethical selling and customer centricity.
• Ensure branch-level compliance with IRDAI and company standards.

Ideal candidate should have

• 812 years of experience in Sales / Distribution, preferably in Life Insurance Agency Channel.
• Proven track record of leading large sales teams.
• Strong business acumen, leadership, and communication skills.
• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
