Location: Khar (West), Mumbai

Experience: 57 years

Job Description:

• Manage entire sales & marketing operations for multiple luxury residential projects
  
• Handle site walk-in customers, present project concepts, and conduct sample flat walkthroughs
  
• Attend and respond to all sales enquiries regarding project details, availability, and future developments
  
• Maintain customer data, MIS, and sales reports with regular follow-ups
  
• Coordinate and follow up with channel partners as required
  
• Ensure professional client handling, strong communication, and effective closures
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality or Aviation preferred
  
• Proven experience in luxury real estate sales (ticket size 15 Cr and above is mandatory)
  
• Strong site sales exposure with HNI / UHNI clients
  
• Fluent in English with a presentable and polished personality
  
• Experience with reputed real estate developers is a must
