Job Description

Job Title: HVAC Draughtsman (Revit)

Location : Colaba

Experience : 5-8 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Draughtsman with strong experience in Revit to prepare accurate HVAC drawings for residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with HVAC engineers and project teams to develop coordinated, high-quality design and construction documents.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed HVAC drawings (layout plans, sections, details, and schematics) using Revit
Develop and maintain Revit models for HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, equipment, and accessories
Coordinate HVAC drawings with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing disciplines
Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and standards
Update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and engineer comments

Required Qualifications & Skills

Any Graduation is preferred
5+ years of experience as an HVAC Draughtsman (experience level can be adjusted)
Strong proficiency in Revit (HVAC / MEP)
Good understanding of HVAC systems, duct sizing, piping, and equipment layouts
Knowledge of HVAC design standards, symbols, and industry best practices
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and architectural drawings
Experience with AutoCAD is an advantage
Familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination processes
