Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP Successfactor Onboarding solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications for onboarding projects.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for onboarding processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Successfactor Onboarding tools and features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to onboarding data migration and integration.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and meet business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Mandatory skills: SAP Successfactor Onboarding, strong understanding of onboarding principles and practices.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in SAP Successfactor Onboarding or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
