Responsibilities:

Assess clients eligibility for immigration, work permits and PR
Provide accurate guidance on immigration laws, visa categories, and country-specific requirements (Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc.)
Conduct client counseling sessions and explain documentation, timelines, and costs clearly
Prepare, verify, and submit visa and immigration applications
Ensure all client documents are complete, genuine, and compliant with immigration regulations
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and government authorities when required
Track application status and keep clients informed of progress and updates
Handle visa refusals, reapplications, and appeal guidance where applicable
Maintain confidentiality of client data and follow ethical practices
Stay updated with changes in immigration rules, policies, and procedures
Maintain accurate client records, case files, and reports
Support sales or business development teams with technical immigration knowledge
