Summary:
Responsible for managing Global Stock administration & HR Operations related activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all equities are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plan.
- Manage Baxter Employee Stock Purchase Plan enrollments
- Work closely with US Compensation & Benefit team, stock plan administrators, and global payrolls.
- Liaise between employees, transfer agent, and broker
- Perform monthly audits and reconciliations
- Document and capture Standard Operating Procedures of the processes.
- Mailbox Management for all equity related queries
- Extract and analyze HRIS data to ensure accuracy of information and reporting

- Quality of Communication - assessed from time to time; feedback from county
- No Data Privacy Compliance
- Implementation of new projects/audits and complete them successfully within the planned parameters
- Coordinate training on new processes and develop communication material for the employees and other Stakeholders.
- Leverage technology appropriately to improve service levels and/or reduce costs.
- Support employee mobility and HR Operations
Qualifications:
- Graduate (in Commerce)
- Master s in human resources (Preferred)
Key Skills and Experience:
- Process management,
- Analytical skills & decision-making,
- Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits (Added Advantage)
- MS-Office - Good Excel skills (Lookup functions, Pivots, Formulas, Macros, etc.)
- Flexibility & Adaptability to any working hours to support various regions and business partners.
- Overall 5-7 years experience (minimum 3 years in Stocks administration)
- Multiple Domain Knowledge (i.e. Workday, JD Edward, Citrix, HR Central etc.)
