Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team at Medusind Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve accounts receivable processes and reduce bad debts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment from customers.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in accounts receivable operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
