Job Summary:
Silverlink Technologies is seeking an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with strong technical hiring expertise in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring timely fulfilment of IT requirements while maintaining high quality in sourcing and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT hiring, from understanding requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate salary and finalize offers in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in B.Sc, B.Tech, IT, or a related technical field is preferred.
- 25 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment is a must.
- Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and job roles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
