Role: Hub Manager

Location: Mumbai

The Hub Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing customer experience at our retail hub by managing operations efficiently and ensuring seamless support for customers in their car buying journey. This role involves leading a team, handling inventory, engaging with customers, and driving sales through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and allocate slots for customer walk-ins and visits.
Lead and oversee a team of Relationship Managers at the hub.
Schedule Home Test Drives (HTD) efficiently.
Build strong relationships with customers at the retail hub by understanding their needs and providing suitable recommendations.
Oversee hub inventory management and ensure availability of required stock.
Engage with customers, conduct test drives, and negotiate as needed.
Address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner to enhance satisfaction.

Requirements:

4-5 years of relevant experience in B2C sales and operations.
At least 2 years of team management experience.
Graduate degree in any relevant field.
Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and the regional language.
Proven track record in customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving.
