Senior Etl Developer @ Coforge

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with deep expertise in ETL processes, Informatica tools, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). This role involves leading data integration projects, mentoring developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable data solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

ETL & Data Integration: Lead the design, development, and optimization of ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Cloud (CDI/CAI). 

Technical Leadership: 

Manage and mentor a team of data engineers and ETL developers. 

Define and execute data engineering strategy aligned with business goals. 

Provide technical guidance on data architecture, data lakes, and data warehousing. 

Cloud & Infrastructure: 

Work with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and services like Synapse, Data Pipelines, and Data Flows. 

Implement and maintain Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks.

Project & Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, analysts, and business stakeholders. Estimate development efforts and manage solution lifecycle from design to deployment. Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-deployment support. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 

10+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration. 

Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, and SQL. Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure). 

Familiarity with Hadoop, Podium, and data lake architectures is a plus. 

Excellent communication and leadership skills. 

Preferred Skills:
