Role & responsibilities

What Youll Do

• Build an ATS (resume search, recruiter dashboard, workflows)
  
• Develop a Chrome extension to extract candidate data
  
• Create backend APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS)
  
• Build frontend using React / Next.js
  
• Integrate AWS S3 for file storage
  
• Implement JWT authentication
  
• Optimize MongoDB / PostgreSQL queries
  
• Maintain clean code, docs, and Git workflows
  
• Mentor interns and support future platforms
  

Must-Have Skills

• Strong JavaScript fundamentals
  
• React / Next.js
  
• Node.js + Express/NestJS
  
• MongoDB or PostgreSQL
  
• REST APIs & JWT authentication
  
• Git / GitHub
  
• Basic AWS (S3, EC2)

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal candidate has 35 yrs full-stack experience with React and Node.js, strong JavaScript skills, database expertise, and an ownership mindset. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
