Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle IT requirements for US based clients.
Analyze the requirements to understand clients IT resource need and deliver qualified candidates.
Source & Screen candidates from various sources like Internal Company Database, Resume/Job Portals and Professional Networking.
Edit & Format resumes matching consistency and giving the resume visual cum technical perfection before presenting it to clients.
Maintain Candidate/Vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of submittals made.
Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding.

Work Timings: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
