Role & responsibilities

Urgent Requirement for Sales Engineers for Kutch location, Gujarat

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives
• TA/DA reimbursement
• Mobile allowance (as applicable)

CTC Upto 4 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Industrial Sales & Business Development

• Achieve sales targets for industrial lubricants (Hydraulic Oils, Gear Oils, Compressor Oils, Turbine Oils, Cutting Oils, Greases, etc.)
• Develop business with manufacturing units, factories, plants, MSMEs, and OEM users
• Identify new industries, conduct plant visits, and convert opportunities into sustainable business
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals in coordination with the dealer

Candidate Profile

• Education: Diploma / BE / BTech Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Automobile
• Experience: 15 years in Industrial Lubricants / Industrial Sales / MRO products
• Industry Exposure: Manufacturing plants, engineering industries, process industries
• Key Skills:
• Strong industrial sales & negotiation skills
• Application-based technical knowledge
• Relationship management with plant-level stakeholders
• Territory and account management

Other Requirements

• Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel extensively across industrial belts
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting formats

Local industrial market knowledge preferred
