Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic real estate team at Square Yards. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in real estate sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. This role demands a result-oriented individual with a passion for property sales and customer success.



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients through inbound/outbound channels.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project walkthroughs for potential buyers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Guide clients through the entire property purchase journeyfrom enquiry to closure and documentation.
  • Track and manage leads using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on current market trends, pricing strategies, project launches, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in sales events, property expos, and promotional activities to drive conversions.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports and performance metrics.
