Job Description
Role & responsibilities
As a Project Manager at Polymedicure, you will play a pivotal role in driving New Product Development (NPD) projects and ensuring seamless collaboration between the Sales & Marketing team and the Factory.
- Act as the primary liaison between Sales & Marketing and Factory for new product development and product improvements.
- Prepare, monitor, and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Report project status to management and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, QA, Regulatory, R&D, Production, Supply Chain) for smooth execution.
- Identify risks, delays, or financial deviations and initiate corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation of project milestones, approvals, and financial assessments.
- Ensure new product launches align with company objectives and deadlines.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering OR MBA in Project Management/Operations (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Project Management/NPD (Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals preferred).
