Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented mainly Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various non-technical roles such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, and other support functions.Key Responsibilities:
- Understand manpower requirements and job specifications for various non-IT roles.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define selection processes and ensure timely closures.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Handle salary negotiations and offer management within defined company policies.
- Stay updated with market trends and talent availability for non-technical domains.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy in recruitment reporting.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and market trends.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: Preferably more than 5 years
