Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Manager to lead our Business Intelligence and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end BI delivery, lead a team of analysts/developers, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Power BI developers and data analysts
  
• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports
  
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions
  
• Ensure best practices in data modeling, DAX, performance tuning, and visualization standards
  
• Oversee data integration from multiple sources using SQL, ETL, and cloud platforms
  
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, security, and compliance standards
  
• Drive BI roadmap, project planning, and delivery timelines
  
• Mentor team members and conduct performance reviews
  
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Power BI (Reports, Dashboards, DAX, Power Query)
  
• Advanced SQL skills (mandatory)
  
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts
  
• Hands-on experience in team leadership and stakeholder management
  
• Knowledge of ETL tools and data pipelines
  
• Experience with Azure (ADF, Synapse) or other cloud platforms is a plus
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  
• Power BI or Microsoft certifications preferred
  
• Experience handling large datasets and enterprise BI solutions
