Role & responsibilities:

Provide Voice support to International Clients.
Handling Customer Queries
Delivering excellent customer service
Adhering to communication standards
Problem Solving

Preferred candidate profile:

Resource should have Excellent Communication Skills
Resource should be flexible to work in night shifts.
Only experienced candidates.
Graduates are eligible to apply (No MBA/Civil/Mechanical/LLB)
