Role Overview

The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Agile principles, and ensure smooth delivery by removing impediments and enabling continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.


• Coach and mentor teams on Agile / Scrum best practices and values.


• Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution.


• Work closely with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog.


• Track sprint progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts).


• Promote continuous improvement and high team performance.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


• Ensure Agile processes are followed consistently across the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.


• Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.


• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.


• Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.


• Ability to facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with distributed or global teams.


• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD environments.


• Background in software development or QA is a plus.

• Strong coaching and mentoring mindset.


• Proactive problem-solving abilities.


• Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
