International Voice Process Executive @ Teleperformance (TP)

Job Description

Teleperformance is hiring for Voice Telecom Process

US Telecom Process The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international voice processes and a strong ability to upsell telecom products and services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US Telecom customers.

- Identify opportunities to upsell telecom products and services to meet business targets.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong Upselling knowledge or Experience

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process (preferably telecom or sales ) To 1 year of on paper experience

- *No domestic process experience* will be considered.

- *Rotational shifts* (Night and Graveyard shifts)

- Not hiring any freshers

- Only experienced candidates can apply

- *5 Days working*- 2 Rotational offs

Salary -

6m - 1 year - 27k in hand

1year + 32k in hand
