Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Support

Job Role:

Banking Customer Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, email, and chat
  
• Support customers with account-related queries, debit cards, credit cards, KYC, and AML
  
• Ensure adherence to AHT, CSAT, quality, and compliance metrics
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and update customer records
  
• Provide timely and effective resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (mandatory)
  
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer support (banking preferred)
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
