Job Description

Role & responsibilities : For high rise building projects

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site monitoring and inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Oversee building construction activities on high rise buildings and residential projects.
Ensure compliance with real estate construction regulations and standards.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Locations: Mahalaxmi, Powai, Peddar Road Thane & Lonawala

Preferred candidate profile :

5-8 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (B. Tech/B.E. Civil).
Strong understanding of building construction processes, including coordination with various departments.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
