We are looking for a qualified Assistant Manager in Medical Coding to join our Noida team.

Note - We can consider QA/ QTL/ATL Position: Assistant Manager Medical Coding
Location: Noida
Experience: Relevant experience with team management
Certification: AAPC or AHIMA certification required
Specialties: EM OPKey Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of medical coders
- Ensure accurate coding for Emergency Medicine and address edits and denials
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Conduct audits and offer feedback for ongoing enhancements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve coding issuesRequirements:
- Minimum 7 years of medical coding experience with team leadership
- Proficiency in Emergency Medicine, edits, and denials
- Certified coder (AAPC/AHIMA)
