Workday HCM Functional Professional @ KAS Tech

Job Description

• Configure and support Workday HCM Core including Business Process Framework (BPF)
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations
• Configure HCM modules such as Core HCM, Staffing, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent (as applicable)
• Manage business process configuration , security roles, and domain policies
• Support Workday tenant management , including sandbox and production environments
• Assist with data loads , EIBs, and mass updates
• Perform unit testing, support UAT , and assist with production deployments
• Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and documentation
• Collaborate with integration and technical teams as needed

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM and BPF
• Experience with Staffing, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent , or similar modules
• Knowledge of Workday security , roles, and business processes
• Experience with EIBs, reports, and data loads
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Workday HCM Certification (Core HCM / Functional) Mandatory / Preferred (as required)
• Experience in implementation, enhancement, and AMS support projects
• Exposure to Workday Reporting and Integrations is a plus
