Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Full & Final Settlements (FFS) in HRIS within 48 hours as per the defined policy.
  • Ensure timely closure of employee settlements by coordinating with Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and settlement records in HR systems.
  • Track settlement status and follow up proactively to avoid delays.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to FFS using MS Excel.
  • Address employee queries related to settlements with clear and professional communication.
  • Support the HR team with routine HR operations and documentation as required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data tracking, reports).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn HR processes and systems.
