Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer to join our team
- This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions with a focus on generative AI models and agentic AI systems
- The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in AI/ML, strong programming skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and processes
- Design, develop, and implement generative AI models (e.g., large language models, generative adversarial networks) and agentic AI systems that automate intelligent decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers to integrate AI features into products and services
- Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest AI advancements, applying state-of-the-art techniques to solve complex problems
- Develop scalable and maintainable AI pipelines and solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Optimize and fine-tune AI models for accuracy, performance, and computational efficiency
- Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship, and guide junior team members
- Contribute to AI governance by ensuring ethical and responsible AI principles are adhered to
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or computational modelling
- Proficiency in Python and popular AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers
- Experience working with cloud AI/ML services like AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Google AI Platform
- Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework or Rasa
- Experience with generative AI models, large language models, and model deployment in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong skills in data manipulation, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and big data technologies
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, R, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization and reporting
