Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR MIS
  
• Oversee HR administration, onboarding, and exit processes
  
• Implement HR policies, SOPs, and ensure labor law compliance
  
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture
  
• Manage performance appraisal processes and employee development
  
• Handle employee grievances and HR-related queries
  
• Coordinate office administration and vendor management

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or related field
  
• 1+ years of experience in HR & Administration
  
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and labor laws
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
