Job Description

Experience in supporting digital and application projects across E-commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, and Finance by coordinating delivery, managing stakeholders, supporting platform migrations, and ensuring smooth operations using analysis and PM tools

Required Candidate profile

Understanding of E-Commerce platforms -Magento, Shopify
Knowledge of Order Management Systems
Application support and incident management process
Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and vendor SLAs
