Job Summary

We are hiring International Voice Sales Executives for our Hyderabad office. The role involves interacting with international customers through voice calls, promoting products/services, and closing sales. Candidates must be willing to work in completely rotational night shifts with rotational weekly offs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound/inbound international voice calls
  
• Pitch and sell products or services to global customers
  
• Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics
  
• Maintain accurate call and sales records in CRM systems
  
• Handle customer objections and close sales effectively
  
• Ensure excellent customer experience and quality standards
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
  
• Experience in international voice sales is an advantage
  
• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts
  
• Comfortable with rotational week offs
  
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  
• Basic computer knowledge
  

Work Schedule

• Shift Type: Completely rotational night shifts
  
• Week Offs: Rotational (no fixed weekends off)
