Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and mentorship to team members to improve their skills and productivity.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in B2C sales or inside sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams; strong problem-solving abilities.
