Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Operations: Manage daily opening/closing, speed of service, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Team Leadership: train, and schedule staff; conduct performance reviews.
  • Financials: Manage P&L, control food and labour costs, and drive sales growth.
  • Inventory: Order supplies, manage stock levels, and minimize waste/pilferage.
  • Customer Service: Resolve complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict food safety (FSSAI/Health Dept), hygiene, and fire safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile


Experience in MNC QSR Brands with Graduation
