Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international calls from clients across various countries, including UK and US.
Provide excellent customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Work on rotational shifts, including evenings (UK time zone) and weekends as required.
Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
