Role & responsibilities :
Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening,
coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding).
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
Focus on C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and full-time IT hiring.
Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree (any stream).
05 years of IT recruitment experience.
Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
