Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. You will work closely with Regional Heads & Managers to meet staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through databases, job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Bulk Hiring/ Volume Hiring.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews via phone, video, or in-person.
Schedule interviews with relevant department heads and follow up on feedback.
Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Extend job offers and coordinate onboarding with HR operations.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Promote company culture and employer brand throughout the recruitment process.

Education: Graduation MUST.
