Responsibilities . Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and customization efforts. . Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. . Oversee development, integrations, and workflow automation. . Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and security guidelines. . Mentor developers and perform code reviews. . Collaborate with functional teams (HRSD, ITSM) for cross-module alignment.
