Role & responsibilities
The Support Coordinator acts as the primary liaison between Infogain Shared Support and client business teams, ensuring adherence to service policies, performance standards, and SLAs. The role involves managing communications, meeting performance metrics, coaching, resolving escalations, handling multiple priorities, and delivering excellent customer service while serving as the customer advocate.
Location: Bangalore/Kochi/Pune/Mumbai/Noida/Gurgaon
