We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Chat Support Executives to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries through chat for international clients while providing timely, accurate, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions via live chat (non-voice process)
Resolve customer queries related to products/services efficiently
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality responses
Follow communication guidelines and standard operating procedures
Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
Meet individual and team performance metrics (quality, productivity, TAT)

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must reside in Hyderabad
Excellent written communication skills in English
Comfortable working in rotational night shifts and rotational week offs
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum: 10+2

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in international chat or non-voice support (added advantage)
Good comprehension and grammar skills
Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
