Minimum 6 months of experience in a voice-based sales process.
Comfortable working in night shifts with rotational week-offs.
Strong customer handling, persuasion, and communication skills.
Familiarity with sales/support tools previously worked on.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
