Role Overview:

The Area Manager will be based at the HDFC Bank Tele-Sales floor and will handle NRI clients through virtual platforms. The role involves converting leads shared by HDFC NR Relationship Managers and driving business closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end sales process for NRI clients (virtual engagement)
  
• Convert leads generated by HDFC Bank NR RMs
  
• Build strong virtual client relationships with overseas customers
  
• Address client queries related to Global Taxation and NRI requirements
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction
  
• Maintain high-quality communication and professional presentation
  

Candidate Requirements:

• 28 years of experience in Life insurance banca and HNI OR NRI client sales (Banking / Insurance)
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  
• Knowledge of Global Taxation & overseas client handling (preferred)
  
• Ability to work independently and close deals
