Should be giving resolutions to the customers on call in one go

Should be prompt with the response

Should have presence of mind during/mid call


Preferred candidate profile

He/She/They should have good command on their communication skills (English)

HSC and Graduate Freshers can also apply

5 Days Working

2 Rotational Week off

Should also be okay with night shifts
