Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us attract, evaluate, and hire top
technical talent. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, QA, and other technical positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring timelines
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments (technical and behavioural)
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- [6+] years of experience as a Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring trends
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and passive candidate sourcing
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for product-based companies / start-ups
- Exposure to hiring for cloud, data, AI, or niche tech skills
- Familiarity with diversity hiring and inclusive recruiting practices
