BPO (Voice) Job opportunity in Tin factory Noida & Delhi. The job opportunity is with the biggest Grocery startup in India.
All interviews will be online and if selected, joining will be virtual (work from home) till the Covid restrictions are lifted
Candidate should be fluent in both English (speak & write)& candidate should have a laptop with active internet connection
CTC: 17,000 - 23,000/month (depending on experience)
In-hand salary: 14,000 - 20,000/month (depending on experience)
Type: Office based - Full time (Work from home till the Covid restrictions are lifted)
Job Description:
- Handle customer queries (email, phone, etc)
- Handle customer feedback and improve CSAT
- Fluency in English (speak & write)
- Candidate should have a laptop with an active internet connection
